I used to have bad acne before I started Ivf so I cleared all me acne creams and washes out of my cupboards and started using moo goo acne cleansing cream it's a moisturiser not a cleanser after a few months I noticed a huge difference in my acne.

I am now acne free. Best thing I have ever done for my skin. So I use a cetaphil gentle cleansing wash then smother on the moo goo acne cleansing cream. Benzac isn't good for you even when you're not pregnant. The amount of bad things they put in that cream is shocking It has benzoyl peroxide.

But I'm a hippylovin chick : I personally wouldn't use it but it's up to you. I 2nd just using cetaphil. I was using benzac before I got preg, and decided to ditch it when I found out I was preg. I don't think its the worst thing, but it's just unknown. So now I use cetaphil cleanser and Olay cleansing brush, it seems to really help. You're probably not the first, and won't be the last to inadvertently use something that you possibly shouldn't during pregnancy.
